Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille

Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille (USTL) is an independent government-funded institution for higher education. The USTL is deeply involved in the implementation of ICT in education and in the development of new learning materials (USTL is the co-ordinator of the French national project "University on Line"), as well as in the implementation of the open and distance education in initial on-campus and continuous training.

USTL is responsible for the design/improvement of the learning environment, training of trainers, organisation of training workshop for course developers in Lille, organisation of the field trial in USTL.
